Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch your purchase within 2 working days after full payment has been received. We offer free postage and packaging  on all of our wedding gowns and they will be sent via a courier service. Some smaller items such as Bridal accessories have postage costs listed so please check these before you complete your purchase.

Please note we only offer dispatch to the UK mainland only.

Payments and Returns

We would like you to be entirely happy with the purchase that you make from Sarah Jayne Bridal but if for any reason you are not we would like to make you aware that we will only offer a refund on full price goods stated as brand new. They must be returned in an unused condition with the labels still attached within 14 days of receipt. The cost of the return must be paid by the purchaser as we do not offer a free returns service.

 On any sample sale or sale dresses no returns or refunds will be offered so please ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase & the condition of the gown as stated prior to completing your transaction.

Any veils or head pieces sold are non -returnable for hygiene reasons.
